Watts Realty Announces The Formation of a New Operating Division

Watts Realty East Alabama was formed to provide professional commercial property management services in East Alabama market and has focused on providing professional management and disposition services to banks and other entities now operating troubled or special assets after foreclosure or bankruptcy both in Birmingham and along the Highway 280 corridor in East Alabama. Watts Realty East Alabama also provides receivership services to the court system and attorneys throughout eastern Alabama. Watts Realty East Alabama is proud to be a member of the Lee County Association of Realtors while its parent organization, Watts Realty Company Inc. remains a strong and active member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors.
