Chip was in Salt Lake City, Utah last week attending the IREM® Leadership Conference making sure everything runs smoothly as part of his executive duties.
He can't actually see the camera man taking the picture, but little did he know he was staring down the barrel of a Canon lens. Which provides us with funny awkward photos at the workplace.
IREM® volunteer leaders direct the activities of the organization, with members of the IREM® Executive Committee and a team of Regional Vice Presidents playing central roles. They are supported on an ongoing basis by a staff of association development, management, and administration professionals. Executive Committee members and Regional Vice Presidents are part of a larger IREM leadership group called the Governing Council, which also includes elected CPM®, ARM®, ACoM®, and CPM® Candidate Members, all international and domestic chapter presidents, and other ex officio members. The Council is the final authority on decisions affecting Institute bylaws, policy and budget matters.
