Full time Maintenance Technician position available. Main tasks include changing locks, securing properties, installing signage, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, minor electrical, sheet rock repair, painting, glass installation, caulking, cleaning, posting notices, other tasks requested by both commercial Tenants & Residents, and any other tasks as assigned by Property Manager or Office Manager. Must be able to keep good time records, good notes, and complete paperwork effectively & efficiently. Promptness & Reliability & Trustworthy are VERY IMPORTANT. This is a rare opening, and our maintenance technician operates as one person technician, so there is no on job training available for people looking to get into maintenance for the first time.
