On Tuesday in Birmingham, the YMCA of Greater Birmingham awarded Chip "The Order of the Red Triangle". The Red Triangle is the highest honor a YMCA volunteer can receive. It recognizes individuals who have given at least 10 years of exemplary volunteer service to the YMCA, demonstrating devotion, significant participation and accomplishment.
